Traveling, organizing and eating are my three great passions. As the owner of Hallberg Travel, I am able to practice all three and create tasteful voyages for travelers. I enjoy sharing my love for food, wine and cooking with clients who wish to incorporate these experiences into their travels. I take pride in being able to present an organized itinerary that includes the dining and market experiences and the specialty tastings of the area in addition to the traditional tours and sights to see.
I consider myself to be an expert organizer as a former Professional Librarian (Master of Library Science, Simmons College of Boston, 1982). My personal travel experience began in the 1970’s with a three month stint in Great Britain and has been active ever since. I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively in Europe, the Caribbean and North America, including 48 of the states. Since 2006, I’ve been earning certifications as a Professional Travel Consultant, including some still in progress:

Each year I attend travel conferences, cruise ship inspections and familiarization trips to learn as much I can about the products I sell and earn the trust of my clients.
